Brian Nelson is a master chef, who prepared perfectly seasoned gourmet meals for members of the Bayou Desiard Country Club for 4 ½ years.
Nelson, a tireless ball of energy and ideas, concentrated on his special mix of seasonings that made his dishes unique. He says the guests in the club enjoyed his meals that kept them salivating and requesting more.
